What Sharon Osbourne Would Look Like at 73 Without Cosmetic Surgery – AI Reveals a Natural Version

Unlike many Hollywood stars who choose to keep such matters private, the reality TV personality has spoken candidly about her experience with plastic surgery and how it has affected her.

Sharon Osbourne has openly acknowledged spending lots of money on cosmetic procedures to alter her natural features. Now, as she grows older, artificial intelligence offers a glimpse of how she might appear at 73 had she never undergone surgery.

A Facelift Nightmare That Left Her Horrified

In 2023, Sharon reflected on a facelift that ultimately left her shaken and reluctant to undergo further procedures. The procedure reportedly lasted five and a half hours, and the initial outcome left her deeply alarmed.

She later described the early results as horrendous and recalled confronting the surgeon in disbelief. Even so, Sharon admitted that she had gone too far with that particular surgery before deciding she would not do it again.

“Time is against me, I cannot have another facelift,” she announced. The former talent show judge had previously made light of the results, joking that the facelift caused one eye to look different from the other. She said she looked like a “cyclops.”

Sharon also joked, “I had a full facelift done in October, and I looked like one of those [expletive] mummies that they wrap [with bandages]. It hurt like hell.”

Her late husband, Ozzy Osbourne, who had also undergone cosmetic work himself, was equally disturbed by the outcome and insisted that the issue be corrected, regardless of the cost. After undergoing a revision procedure, her face gradually settled, and she eventually felt satisfied with the result.

The Million-Dollar Makeover She Doesn’t Regret

Sharon’s openness on this subject knows no limit. When asked about her well-known fondness for cosmetic enhancements, she detailed the long list of procedures she has undergone over the years.

Her journey began with a brow lift and facelift. She later had liposuction on her neck followed by a neck lift, a breast lift, liposuction on her arms, and a tummy tuck. She also underwent a procedure to lift her buttocks and had implants inserted.

These procedures include the facelift, which initially left one eye sitting higher than the other. Sharon claimed the issue took a year to correct.

In addition to surgical procedures, she turned to Ozempic in December 2022, injecting herself weekly with the semaglutide medication designed to suppress appetite. Within four months, she lost 42 pounds, or three stone.

After this weight loss, she said she wanted to regain around 10 pounds. Sharon also decided she was finished with further cosmetic interventions. She acknowledged that there is little skin left for additional facial surgery and confirmed she would no longer use fillers or Botox.

When asked how much all of these operations and injections cost, she answered, “Well, I haven’t kept a running total, but it must top more than a million.”

Nearly two decades ago, in an interview with Dr. Phil, Sharon was also asked whether the procedures were painful. She admitted that they did hurt, but emphasized that there is no pain without gain. When Dr. Phil joked that she was “like 50 percent new,” she agreed, laughing.

Fans React: Concern, Praise, and Brutal Honesty

Netizens shared a mix of concern and admiration over Sharon’s openness about her plastic surgery. One wrote, “If Sharon Osbourne really liked and loved herself. She would appreciate and be happy with how she looks and not feel the need to have all that unnecessary plastic surgery.”
